Why we're different

Will it actually sound like me?

Eight voice styles; blend up to three. Two agents in the same city read as two different publications, with your note, your name and your brand on everything.

I don't have time for another tool.

Designed to take only a few minutes each week. Read it, tweak what you'd say differently, hit Approve & Send. That's the whole job.

What if it gets something wrong?

Nothing sends without your sign-off. Edit any line, redo any piece, or skip the week. An email you don't approve never goes out.

How is this different from big-box newsletters?

They email the same national content to everyone, twice a month. Yours is written fresh for your town, every week, and it feeds your blog and your CRM.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Who actually writes it?

Local Letter does. It's software, not a ghostwriter you hire. Each week it writes your email from what's actually happening in your town: the events calendar, the market numbers, real places. Nothing goes out until you've read it and hit approve.

Will it really sound like me?

You pick up to three voice styles and they blend into everything we write, along with your name, headshot, brand and a personal note you can edit any week. Two agents in the same city sound like two different publications.

What if I don't like something in an email?

Tap it in the preview to swap it, redo it, or write it yourself. Or skip the week. An email you don't approve never sends.

Will my emails land in spam?

Deliverability is our whole job. Verified sending infrastructure, automatic unsubscribe and bounce handling, complaint monitoring, and CAN-SPAM compliance baked into every footer.

I'm a lender, not an agent. Does this work for me?

Yes. A lender's email leans toward rates and affordability, built on the same local events and places.

How fast can I start?

Setup takes about ten minutes. Your first email is usually ready the same sitting. You'll see it before your coffee's cold.

Be the name your town reads every week.
